Documentary films have a unique power because they can reveal hidden realities or offer viewers a completely new perspective. For example, a study led by a team at Stanford University showed that after watching a documentary drama about wrongful conviction, people became more empathetic toward former prisoners and more supportive of justice system reform. This is exactly why a documentary about the Amazon must be created. To help the broader public finally understand that it’s not a distant rainforest, but a system that protects our air, water, and future. And more than that – the documentary will also show who the greatest destroyers of this rare and incredibly important place are. A film like this can be the spark that moves viewers from passive observation to real action – because protecting the Amazon is not someone else’s problem; it’s our shared responsibility.
We are currently working intensively on research, gathering video materials, and interviewing scientists for this documentary film.
